Storage of Carbon Dioxide (Access to Infrastructure) Regulations SI 2011/2305

These Regulations came into force on 6 September 2011 and apply to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
They implement Directive 2009/31/EC, on the geological storage of carbon dioxide, in order to address third party access to carbon dioxide storage sites and transport networks.
